The martial artwork of Kenpo Karate is the merging of two distinct martial arts into just one. Japanese martial artists took concepts from diverse Chinese martial arts and merged them alongside one another to generate Kenpo Karate.  While belting is characterised by higher subglottal force levels, these concentrations needs to be held manageable.
